Elbow Room Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
2 large onions, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, halved
1/4 c. gravy coloring
2 tsp. Beau Monde spice (Spice Islands brand name)

Preparation

Combine first three ingredients in electric blender and process at high speed until smooth (one minute).
Stir in gravy coloring and Beau Monde.
