Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    grated rind of small orange
    3 c. chopped rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Add rhubarb.
    Mix well.
    Pour in pie and add top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 or 50 minutes.
