California Avocado Party Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 California avocados, peeled, seeded and coarsely mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon or lime juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cover and chill.
    Makes approximately 4 cups of avocado guacamole dip.
    Serve with crunchy tortilla or corn chips.
