Baked Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar and egg in bowl; beat until light. Carefully blend in combined flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Stir in vanilla, apples and walnuts.
Turn mixture into an ungreased 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
Serve warm or cold topped with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
