Pina Colada Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle pina colada cocktail mix for 2
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1-1/2 boxes Jell-O golden egg custard
    1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except the Cool Whip.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Freeze until 1/2 hour before serving.
    Cut into squares.
