Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. cream of coconut
3 Tbsp. light rum or 1 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can juice-packed crushed pineapple, well drained
3 c. (1 1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. flaked coconut, lightly toasted
Preparation

In large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut and rum or flavoring.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into ice cream freezer container.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
