Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Cheddar cheese
10 slices buttered bread, remove crust
4 whole eggs
2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Cut cheese in chunks.
Do not grate.
Place half of ingredients in blender.
Turn on high until thoroughly mixed. Remove from blender and continue process with remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Bake in greased, uncovered casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
This can be mixed a day ahead of time.
