Ethel Whitt'S Baked Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2/3 c. pancake mix
    3/4 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour in a greased 6 x 6-inch pan.
    Cook for 25 minutes.
