Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, peeled and grated
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. plain flour
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix squash, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
    Slowly add dry ingredients to squash mixture.
    Add 1 cup chopped nuts.
    Pour into two loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool and empty from pans.
