Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. berries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
2 more c. berries
baked pie crust
whipped cream
Preparation

Cook sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, 1/2 cup cold water and blueberries until mixture thickens.
Add lemon juice, butter and stir in the rest of the berries.
Pour into baked pie crust and chill.
When cool, beat about one pint of whipping cream and top pie.
