Savory Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onions, minced
    1 c. crackers
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix and then form into a loaf.
    Put a few bacon slices on top. Pour tomato juice over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. May be pressed into a cake pan and topped with catsup.
    Bake for about 1 hour.
