Palachintas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Separate egg yolks.
Beat egg whites slightly.
Mix together egg yolks, milk, flour, salt and sugar.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour thin layer into large heated skillet, coated with oil.
Cook until golden brown, then turn over and cook on other side until golden brown.
Fill with favorite filling; for example, apricot, damson preserves.
Put on a plate and eat.
