Flank Steak Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. ground pepper
1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
flank steak
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients.
Marinate meat for 5+ hours (best if overnight), alternating sides.
Grill over medium heat approximately 7 minutes each side.
Can also be used with chicken and seafood.
