Cheerwine Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 cans evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1 can Cheerwine
dash of salt
1 pt. whipping cream
1 small jar maraschino cherries, cut up (also the juice)

Preparation

Beat eggs, milk and sugar until the sugar is melted.
Add the can of Cheerwine, a dash of salt, whipping cream and the cherries, also the juice.
Freeze.
