*Pita With Leeks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 leeks
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 to 6 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut and wash leeks thoroughly. Drain. Saute in butter until tender. Set aside to cool.
