Ingredients

1 1/3 c. rice (before being cooked)
dash of salt
1 tsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/3 stick butter, beaten well
2 or 3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Cook rice until tender and dry.
Mix all other ingredients and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Will be a little shaky in center when taken out of oven.
Raisins or coconut may be added, if desired.
Delicious.
