Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen spinach or 2 lb. fresh
    2/3 stick margarine, melted
    pinch of dried onion
    salt, pepper, nutmeg (shake a couple of times)
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour, add to margarine
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. spinach water, thin out with more spinach juice if too thick
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over frozen spinach (or fresh).
    Let water come to boil, turn off heat and let thaw.
    Drain and save juice. (Chop if fresh.)
    Fold spinach in with 3 hard-boiled, cut up eggs. Pour in ungreased casserole.
    Cover with more grated cheese and buttered cornflake crumbs.
    Bake 1/2 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
