Stove-Top Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless chicken, cut into bite size pieces
    1 large onion, chopped bite size
    1 large green pepper, chopped bite size
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 (No. 303) can tomato chunks
    splash of sherry
    1 1/2 c. noodles
    cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Set aside. Brown chicken in oil. Remove and set aside. Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Saute 4 to 6 minutes. Stir in sauce, tomatoes, sherry, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken and noodles.
    Heat through. Serve.
