Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chicken parts
    1 pkg. frozen peas (12 oz.)
    1/2 pkg. fresh carrots, sliced (1 lb.)
    5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
    6 c. water or to cover
    3 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Bring chicken parts to a boil in a large pot with tight fitting cover with enough water to cover (at least 6 cups). About 20 minutes after chicken starts to boil, toss in potatoes and carrots, then about 5 to 10 minutes, toss in peas and chicken bouillon.
