Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger meat
taco seasoning mix (1 to 2 pkg. depends on amount of meat used)
2 to 3 c. shredded cheese
1/2 head lettuce
1 to 2 medium tomatoes
onions or peppers (if desired)
16 oz. taco sauce
sour cream
black olives
tortilla chips (plain)
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and drain.
Put meat back in frying pan and add seasoning mix.
Prepare per directions on package.
After completion of cooking time, place hamburger meat in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese on top of meat.
Add shredded lettuce, tomato or other veggies, if desired.
Pour 1/2 of taco sauce over all.
Sprinkle rest of cheese over mixture.
Top with sour cream, black olives and rest of taco sauce.
Use chips to dip salad.
