Gourmet Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. celery hearts, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) cans pitted black olives, drained and sliced
    2 (5 oz.) jars stuffed green olives, drained and sliced
    1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, sliced
    1 lb. carrots, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
    Pour over dressing.
    Chill.
    Marinate for 24 hours.
    Yields 18 to 20 servings.
