Tropical Salad Bar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lime juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. grated onion
4 c. torn leaf lettuce
1 c. torn endive
1 c. torn escarole
1 fresh pineapple, cut in pieces
3 oranges, sectioned
1 large banana, sliced
flaked coconut
Preparation

In small saucepan, bring vinegar and lime juice to a boil. Add sugar, salt, mustard, celery seed and paprika.
Whisk in oil and onion.
Chill.
Put greens in bowl.
Mix fruit and place on greens.
Drizzle on dressing.
Top with chilled dressing.
