Tijuana Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes, cut up or stewed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
tortillas (enough to make 2 layers)
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (14 oz.) can chili salsa sauce
Preparation

Combine beef and onions in skillet; cook until lightly brown. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili salsa and taco sauce mix. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Grease casserole and cover bottom of baking dish with torn pieces of tortillas.
Place layer of shredded cheese and meat sauce; repeat ending with meat sauce on top.
Cover with rest of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese bubbles.
