Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 1/2 cans diced tomatoes
    3 onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 to 6 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet. Salt and pepper steak and roll in flour. Lightly brown steak in hot oil. Drain off remaining oil and saute onions in skillet. Then add Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes over meat and onions. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 1 hour. Serve over rice. Will serve 4 to 6 people.
