Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

17 oz. can chickpeas
2/3 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. sesame paste or tahini
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
chopped parsley and paprika for garnish
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together (except the olive oil) in food processor until smooth.
Add oil and mix well.
Garnish with parsley and paprika.
Serve with crackers or cut pieces of pita bread.
