Ham Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. finely chopped cooked ham
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 c. sliced black olives
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
Combine biscuit mix and water; mix until soft dough forms.
Knead on floured board until it can be handled.
Press into pan.
Spread ham, green chilies and olives over crust.
Mix eggs, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt and pepper.
Pour over ham.
Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Serves 6 to 8.
