Apple Nut Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. enriched flour
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped tart apples
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Add sugar to beaten egg until sugar is dissolved.
Add flour, salt and baking powder.
Mix well.
Stir in walnuts, apples and almond extract.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
