Fresh Vegetable Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots, cut into 2 to 3 inch sticks
    1 bunch green onions, chopped (tops included)
    1 bell pepper, sliced thin
    1 cauliflower, sliced
    1 lb. fresh broccoli, large leaves and tough part of stalks removed
    2 c. chicken style chunks, diced
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. Sip'r Seez'n
Preparation
    In large skillet or saucepan, put all vegetables.
    In small bowl, mix water, Sip'r Seez'n and oil.
    Pour over vegetables. Cover; steam 5 minutes.
    Add chicken style chunks; steam 5 minutes.
    Serve over brown rice with soy sauce.
