Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 green onions, finely chopped or chives
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cultured sour cream
    2 Tbsp. garlic juice or 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower and broccoli in bite
    size pieces.
    Add in onions and pimento.
    Mix together
    remaining
    ingredients. Add peas and mix.
