Low Cholesterol Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Egg Beaters equivalent to 2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 c. (13 oz.) evaporated skim milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
-
Mix filling ingredients in order given.
Pour into pie shell. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center of filling comes out clear.
Cool.
(If using frozen pie shells, this recipe fills 2 shells.)
