Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can LeSueur peas
    1 can white Shoepeg corn
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    Ritz cracker crumbs
    grated cheese to cover
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Drain vegetables.
    Add soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup grated cheese, celery and onion; mix.
    Sprinkle top with Ritz crackers and grated cheese.
    Pour one stick of melted margarine on top. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
