Hamburger Cassoulet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    4 tsp. beef bouillon
    4 c. water
    1 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    5 Tbsp. rice
    2 Tbsp. barley
    flour
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper and egg. Shape into 32 tiny balls.
    Dredge with flour.
    Bring bouillon, water, tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of salt and bay leaf to boil in pot. Add meat balls and barley.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Add rice during last 15 minutes.
