Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Put initial starter
    in
    fridge
    for
    3 to 5 days, then take out and
    feed
    with potatoes, sugar and water.
    Let stand out of fridge all day, 8 to 10 hours.
