Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips.\tBrown in skillet.
    Mix cream of mushroom
    soup,
    water
    and
    onion\tsoup
    together; stir until smooth.
    Add it into pot of steak.\tSimmer for 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
    Add sour cream just before serving.
