Zucchini Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 zucchini, approximately 12 inches long
    3 slices bread, ground
    1/2 to 1 c. burger
    1 clove garlic
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    grated cheese
    salt to taste
    oil to saute
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half, remove center.
    Blanch or cook in boiling salted water until almost done.
    In skillet, put oil, chopped garlic, chopped pepper, chopped onion and burger; brown slightly. Add bread crumbs and may add some of zucchini centers, not the seeds.
    May need to add a little milk or water if too dry and saute another 5 minutes.
    Stuff the zucchini boats.
    Put in pan and add cheese on top.
    Bake until brown and cheese melted.
    May be made into patties and served with tomato sauce.
