Ingredients

1 c. condensed milk
16 oz. can Hershey syrup
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
24 Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon of your favorite ice cream
small tub of Cool Whip
Preparation

Blend the Oreo cookies in a blender. Mix the melted butter with the cookies, mixing until moist. Press into 13 x 9 pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
