Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 box instant vanilla pie filling
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar.
    Mixture will be mealy.
    Put crumbs in bottom of a deep 8-inch baked pie shell (save enough crumbs for topping).
    Mix pie filling as directed on package and pour over crumbs.
    Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
    Chill and serve.
