King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 tortillas (corn or flour)
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small can mushrooms
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 boiled chicken, boned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Dip tortillas in broth and line an 11 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Place on top of tortillas in order:
chicken, pepper, onions and mushrooms.
Mix 2 soups together and pour over. Sprinkle with cheese; pour over.
Sprinkle with cheese; pour tomatoes and broth over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
