Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked 5 minutes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix together soup, mayo, eggs and salt and pepper to taste. Carefully fold in broccoli and cheese.
Make topping of crushed Ritz crackers.
Sprinkle on top and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
