Chicken-Okra-Seafood-Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. shrimp
 
1 fryer
roux (2 Tbsp. flour, 2 Tbsp. butter)
1 1/2 lb. fresh okra
1 large onion, sliced or chopped
vegetable oil
1 can tomatoes
hot, cooked rice
Preparation
- 
                            Peel shrimp uncooked and devein.
 
Cook chicken with salt and pepper until done.
Remove skin, bone and cube.
Save stock.
