Ingredients

1 c. hot mashed potatoes
3 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Melt oleo in mashed
potatoes.\tBeat in sugar, eggs and salt. Add flour, sifted with baking powder and nutmeg.
Dough should be just stiff\tenough\tto
handle without sticking.
If too stiff, add a bit of milk.
