Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. jam
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs and oil until creamy.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add flour and buttermilk to mixture.
    Beat 5 minutes by hand.
    Fold in jam, raisins and nuts.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
