"Apple" Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. zucchini, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut zucchini into slices about size and shape of apple slices. (Remove large seeds.)
Mix ingredients.
Place in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Top with crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
