Pineapple Cream Cheese Refrigerated Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 graham crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    scant c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix crushed crackers and margarine until crumbles. Put 1/2 of crumb mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 dish. Chill large can of evaporated milk. Mix jello with scant cup of hot water and lemon juice. Allow to congeal slightly.
