Creamy Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine butter and onion in 2-quart glass casserole. Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
    Add flour, sugar, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Stir in tomato juice gradually.
    Microwave on High for 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
    Stir in milk gradually.
    Microwave on Medium-high for 8 to 10 minutes or just to the simmering point, stirring every 2 minutes.
    Ladle into soup bowls.
    Garnish with croutons or oysters crackers.
