Chef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1/4-inch) strips beef or ham
    1/2 c. (1/4-inch) strips cooked chicken
    1/2 c. (1/4-inch) strips Swiss cheese
    1 medium head lettuce, torn in bite sizes
    1 small bunch romaine, torn in bite sizes
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. sliced celery stalk
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    ripe olives
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients together and serve.
