Garden Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lime juice
    green food coloring
    1 1/2 tsp. Sucaryl solution or 12 Sucaryl tablets
    1 c. diced, peeled cucumber
    1 c. sliced radishes
    1/4 c. sliced onions
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in boiling water.
    Add salt, lime juice, Sucaryl and food coloring to tint a light green. Chill until thickened.
    Fold in balance
    of ingredients.
    Spoon into lightly oiled ring mold.
    Chill until set.
    Fill center with crisp fresh greens.
