Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 box yellow cake mix
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. orange extract
    pinch of salt
    1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In a large bowl, combine cake mix and the cooking oil. Add eggs, one at a time, then the orange extract. Beat well. Add the pinch of salt and the dissolved gelatin. Beat 3 minutes. Turn into a greased and floured 10-inch angel food cake pan or Bundt pan. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
