Citrus Rice Pilaf(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet margarine
    1 (13 3/4 fluid oz.) can chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
    1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    1 orange, peeled, sectioned and coarsely chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In skillet, over medium heat, cook rice and onion in margarine until lightly browned, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add chicken broth and steak sauce; heat to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir in almonds, orange pieces and parsley; cover.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
