Jellied Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. beet juice
    1 1/2 c. diced beets
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add rest of ingredients, except beets.
    Chill until syrupy.
    Fold in beets and pour into mold; chill.
